Finally, it’s worth noting that their idea of a 'free shuttle' is relying on a taxi service that can't accommodate larger groups efficiently. a hassle for travelers.

This was just an appropriate option for a short stint in San Jose with excellent value for money. The front desk staff were genuinely friendly and made my stay pleasant. Make sure to have breakfast elsewhere. the options here aren't great.
